In celebrating National Tango Day 2023, Jonathan and Clarisa are coming back to SF one more time to share their tango with us!!!
Registration will open soon! (LIMITED to 20 couples max for each workshop)
Intensive Workshop Schedule:
Friday 12/8 – All About Turns!
(7:00-8:30pm) WS1 – We strengthen concepts and seek a turn with independent technique. Different alternatives to start playing with shapes.
(8:45-10:00pm) WS2 – Exercises to make possible a longer turn while maintaining harmony in the embrace and legs in both roles.
Saturday 12/9 – The Famous Changes of Dynamics
(2:00-3:30pm) WS3 – The beginning of the search for great contrasts in our dance.
(3:45-5:00pm) WS4 – Preparation, activation, reaction, and relaxation
Sunday 12/10 – Connection & Musicality
(1:00-2:30pm) WS5 – Smooth movements! Techniques to interpret melodic instruments. Always looking for harmony between music and physical attitude.
(2:45-4:00pm) WS6 – Working in the dynamics with the rhythmical orchestras.

Cost:
FULL Package: $250 per person, $500 per couple (Fri, Sat & Sun 9 hrs)
PER DAY: $90 per person, $180 per couple (Fri/Sat/Sun 3 hrs)

Their performance will be at a special Che! National Tango Day Milonga @ the Green Room inside the War Memorial Building on Sunday 12/10.
